Mr & Mrs. Ingalls

This was a sweet, beautiful day!!!! It was a honor to stand my two close friends. It has been amazing to be apart of their lives. Anna and I have been close friends since freshman year of high school, Cameron and I met in college- actually at Hume Lake- (Don't I know you from camp ?)I Love these two! They were married in Huasna Valley in Arroyo Grande, it was beautiful, everything came together beautifully after losing their venue 2 weeks before their wedding. Anna looked like a million bucks. It was fun seeing old friends and to be home for the weekend. They had an amazing day filled with the Lord's presense, it was evident that both of these people are vibrant lovers of God. I Love you two!

Needing Something Bigger

He who lives without prayer, he who lives with little prayer, he who seldom reads the Word, and he who seldom looks up to heaven for a fresh influence from on high -he will be the man whose heart will become dry and barren.
-Charles Spurgeon

My Name is Lisa

My brother Ryan took this picuture when we were sking one day together. We were in the Lodge at the top of the mountain. He used to tease me a lot when I was a kid. I didn't want my name to be Jenny, I wanted it to be Lisa. However, when I was little I insisted that my name was Lisa- I would pronounce my name with a severe underbite.... My name is not Jenna- It's LISA.... For some reason I wanted a underbite when I was a kid- so I thought I would create on on my own and call myself Lisa- Lisa was our triplette, huh Mandy?? I could cop some good attitude, and still can at times- This is more of family humor but thought the rest of the world would get as big a kick out of it....Just remember my name is not Jenna, it's Lisa!!!!

Baby Girl

So Many of you know that Mandy and Eli are expecting a baby the first part of August. A few days ago they just found out it will be a baby girl! I am so excited! There is just something about baby girls that get me, I can barely type without tearing up at the thought of my new neice. I know she will be beautiful. Perhaps it is my identical twin having a baby. There is something so incredible deep about having a twin sister, someone who knows everything, every, everything. One look and we can tell what each other is thinking. I think this is the closest thing to having my own baby... although there would have to be some serious speeding up for that to happen anytime soon. I am so taken by this baby girl already I can hardly stand it. Ok, I am crying right now thinking about it.... I can't help my self. This must just be a glymse of how Jesus desires to win my total heart. I think Texas will be seeing a lot more of me. Just a FYI, Mandy looks beautiful pregnant, she is just a little tummy and that is about all. I will blog more later- Thanks for reading. Love you all and I will update you on some other thoughts this weekend.
